What if my package gets stuck at a Canada Post depot?
Tracking will show if a package is held at a depot for pickup, usually because nobody was home to sign. You have 5 business days to collect it from the depot listed on your tracking. If you can’t make it, email us at support and we’ll arrange a re-delivery or address update.
