Are all your brands the same price?
Yes. All our native cigarette brands — Canadian, Playfare, and BB — are priced identically. Volume discounts apply equally regardless of which brand you order, and you can mix brands within an order to hit higher tiers. Choose your brand based on flavour profile, not price.
Can I mix brands in one order and still get the volume discount?
Yes. Volume tiers apply to your total carton or pack count regardless of which brands you mix. Order 2 cartons of Canadian Classics, 2 of Playfare, and 1 of BB — that’s 5 cartons total at the $4.50/pack tier. The system applies the discount automatically at checkout.
Can I buy single packs instead of full cartons?
Yes. Every brand we carry is available as single packs starting at $5.99, or as full cartons (10 packs / 200 cigarettes) starting at $49. The bigger you go, the cheaper your per-pack rate gets.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
How fast is shipping to my province?
Ontario and Quebec typically receive orders in 2 to 4 business days. British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, and Manitoba take 3 to 6 business days. Atlantic provinces take 4 to 7 business days. All orders are processed within 24 hours of payment confirmation.
How much is shipping?
Flat $25 for orders under $199. Free shipping on orders $199 and over, Canada-wide. The 5-carton tier ($225) qualifies automatically — most regular customers order at this tier specifically to skip shipping fees.
How is my order packaged?
Every order ships in a plain brown box with no logos, product references, or tobacco indicators anywhere on the outside. The return address is neutral. Nobody handling your package — postal worker, condo concierge, family member — will know what’s inside.
What happens if my order gets delayed or lost?
Every order ships with tracking. If a package is delayed beyond the quoted window, our customer service team will investigate with the carrier. If the package is confirmed lost, we reship your order at no additional cost. Email us with your order number to start the process.
Do you ship to PO boxes and rural addresses?

PAYMENT
What payment methods do you accept?
Interac e-Transfer through every major Canadian bank: TD, RBC, Scotiabank, BMO, CIBC, National Bank, Tangerine, Desjardins, and others. Payment is processed through your bank’s app, so your financial data never leaves your bank’s secure system. We don’t accept credit cards because Visa, Mastercard, and Amex don’t allow tobacco transactions on their networks. Interac is faster and more secure for this category anyway.
How does the e-Transfer process work?
After you place your order, you’ll receive payment instructions by email within 15 minutes. Open your bank’s app, send the e-Transfer to the email address provided. Once we confirm payment (usually within minutes during business hours), your order ships within 24 hours.
