How many points do I earn per dollar?

You earn 5 points for every eligible $1 spent. Since 100 points gives you $1 off, that works out to 5% back in points for a future order.

Do my points expire?

Yes. Points stay in your account for 365 days from the date they are earned. There is no monthly reset or membership to renew, but be sure to use your points before they expire.

Do I need to enter a reward code?

No. When you order while signed in, points are added after payment is confirmed and the eligible order is completed. Available points can be applied to a future order.

What if I check out as a guest?

Points need an account to track correctly. Sign in or create a free account before checkout so the order is connected to your rewards balance.

When will my points appear?

Points become available after your Interac payment is confirmed and the eligible order is completed. Sign in to My Account to see your current balance.

Are Native Rewards and the Smokers Lounge the same?

No. Native Rewards is the points program connected to your store account. The Smokers Lounge is the email list for the first-order code, restock alerts and subscriber offers. Joining one does not automatically join the other.

What happens if an order is cancelled or refunded?

Points connected to cancelled, refunded, or reversed purchases may be removed or adjusted to match the final completed order.

Where can I see my points balance?

Program note: Native Nicotine Rewards is available to registered customers of legal smoking age. Points are issued on eligible completed orders, have no cash value and cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash. Cancelled, refunded or reversed orders may result in a points adjustment.
