Carrier tracking can pause during pickup, sortation, route transfers, weekends, weather events, holidays, or high-volume periods. If tracking has not updated for an unusual amount of time, contact us with your order number.
Tracking says delivered, but the parcel is missing
Check your mailbox, parcel locker, building mailroom, concierge, pickup notice, front or back door, and nearby safe-drop areas. If the parcel still cannot be found, contact us so the shipment can be reviewed.
Wrong address entered at checkout
Contact us immediately. If the order has not been processed or shipped, we may be able to update the address. Once a parcel is with the carrier, address changes may not be possible.
No one available for age verification or signature
If proof of age, ID, or signature is required and no eligible adult is available, the carrier may leave a notice card or hold the parcel for pickup according to its own process. Bring valid government-issued ID if pickup is required.
Damaged, missing, or incorrect items
