How We Ship
All orders ship from our Canadian warehouse using Canada Post and select courier services depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order is picked up by the carrier.
Packaging
Every order ships in plain, unmarked brown boxes or padded envelopes. There is no visible branding, logo, or indication of the contents on the outside of your package. The return address uses a generic label. Your privacy is completely protected on every order.
Order Processing
Orders placed MondayβFriday before 12:00 PM EST are typically processed the same business day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST or on weekends are processed the next business day. You will receive an order confirmation email immediately and a second email with tracking when it ships.
Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We ship to the exact address provided at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses due to customer error. If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping.
Package Not Arrived?
If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package:
- Check all entry points of your property
- Ask neighbours if it was accidentally delivered to them
- Wait 24 hours β tracking systems sometimes update before physical delivery
- Contact us at info@nativenicotine.co if the issue persists
Provincial Restrictions
We do not ship nicotine pouches to British Columbia addresses in compliance with BC provincial law. All other products (cigarettes, vapes) ship freely to BC. If you place an order containing nicotine pouches with a BC shipping address, the pouches will be removed from your order and you will receive a full refund for those specific items.
